Not affliated with this place, but we have been allowed about 3 times to have our dogs on the patio area. They don't offer wait staff service but you can order at the bar. They are not allowed on the upper deck area though I have seen some purse size dogs be allowed. So I guess it depends.

Parking is at a premium, especially during the summer. If someone was blocking your car, you could have asked that the owner move his vehicle. A very popular business, and deservatively so, should not be downgraded because of a trivial incident not related to the business.
